Pure Water Pool Solutions SMS Messaging Terms
Program name and description
Pure Water Pool Solutions Customer Care Messaging. When you opt in, you may receive text messages relating to your pool service: appointment confirmations and reminders, notice that a technician is on the way, updates about work performed at your property, replies to a quote you requested, and requests for feedback on completed work.
Message frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on how often your pool is serviced and what work is underway.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will no longer receive messages from us. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your pool service and does not stop us contacting you by phone or email about work at your property.
How to rejoin
If you opt out and later want to receive messages again, you can opt back in by signing up again through our quote form, or by replying START or UNSTOP to our number, and we will resume sending messages.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is never required in order to receive a quote or to book service. Consent boxes on our forms are never pre selected. You choose to tick them.
Privacy
For privacy related inquiries, please refer to our privacy policy: https://purewaterpoolsnj.com/privacy-policy/. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Industry standards
This messaging program is operated in accordance with CTIA messaging principles and best practices and with applicable carrier requirements.
Legal compliance
We operate this messaging program in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and other applicable federal and state law. Messages are sent between 8am and 9pm in the recipient local time.
Services
We provide pool cleaning, weekly maintenance, seasonal openings and closings, water chemistry, green to clean recovery, plumbing repair and equipment replacement to residential in ground pools in North Jersey. We do not service above ground pools.
Quotes and pricing
A quote request through this website is a request for pricing, not a booking. Pricing depends on pool size, condition and service frequency, and is confirmed before any work begins. There are no hidden fees.
Scheduling and access
You are responsible for providing safe access to the pool and equipment. Where a gate code, key or pet arrangement is required, you agree to tell us in advance. If we cannot access the pool on a scheduled visit we will contact you to reschedule.
No long term contract
Recurring service runs with no long term agreement. You can pause or cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. We ask only that you tell us before your next scheduled visit.
Payment
Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. We do not take card payments through this website.
Limits on our responsibility
We take care with your property and equipment. We are not responsible for pre existing faults, for damage caused by equipment that was already failing, or for conditions we identified in writing and were not authorised to repair. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
